What is the etiquette for who you should invite to a bridal shower? Do you only invite poeple you really know or if it's the guy you know but not his wife real well do you still invite her anyway?

The bridal shower host should invite only those close to the bride and, of course, only those actually invited to the wedding. So, there is no need to invite a close friend's wife if the bride isn't friendly with her. Keep the shower an intimate gathering of close friends and family.
