     Disney Bridal Shower Ideas

OK, We're going to Disney World for our honeymoon (yay!) and we didn't really want an entirely Disney wedding, but my Matron of Honor came up with the most awesome of ideas - have a Disney themed Bridal Shower! I'm kind of like a big kid, especially when I'm excited about the wedding, so in the invitations, we wrote "wear your best play clothes (be a kid!)" So the theme is kind of like a little kid's Disney birthday party type thing, with a little bit of a dirty touch since the gifts "should be romantic items for the honeymoon, like candles, oils, games for couples, but nothing too raunchy!" So the whole theme and gifts and everything surrounds the Honeymoon in Disney. SO! Here's my question:

We're looking for ideas for food and games to play that relate to this theme. We've already picked out a Mickey Mouse cake, but what about lunch, and games to play afterwards? We're only having about 8 people (inluding me) and the party is at my house from 1-4. Any ideas would be great!! Thanks!

Dear Disney Mania,

This sounds a bit... well... your MOH is hosting a Disney theme shower asking guests to be kids, yet the gifts are adult in nature. This is... well... In my opinion, these gifts are inappropriate for the atmosphere she is creating for your shower.

This isn't the biggest problem though. It is inappropriate to host your own shower. If the shower is at your home, it is as if you are hosting it. It should be held somewhere else.

Best wishes,
