Destination Wedding Invite (Underage 1/2 Sibling)

My fiance and I are planning a destination wedding and we have found a resort that we love. The only problem is that it is an "all adult" resort. My fiance has a 9year old half-sister that lives quite a distance from us. Should we alter our wedding resort plans so that she is able to attend?

Thank You,

Anne

P.S. There will be a reception afterward at home.

The answer here is simple, if you want her to attend, yes, you should alter your destination resort.

It's not that we don't want her to go, we just relaly wnat to go to the resort. Is it worth the family problems that may arise from this? Or is it in bad taste to exclude one member of the family?

Hi,

If you want her to attend and you want that resort, how about asking the resort to make an exception for the one child?

It will be your special day after all and surely they want your custom enough to show a bit of leniency.
