     Early invites?

We are getting married in Key West in September. We want to pay for one night's stay for all our guests (7 rooms). Though we are 90% sure of who is coming, I really need to know far ahead of time who is coming for sure so we can reserve the correct number of rooms. Is there a way to word this on a Save the Date or is it better to just send the invitations and accomodations info out in early July?

You are looking for actual RSVP's so you can make their reservations, so I would suggest that you send out the invitations early. Make sure you have a room block already reserved to be sure you'll have the accommodations for the respondents. Place an insert within the invitation to let them know that you'll be covering their first night's stay.

I agree as July is not too early.
