Flowers & corsages for destination wedding

We are having a destination wedding in Florida. The guest list is small and includes my mom & dad, 3 of my sisters, my brother and my nephew.

The bridal party will consist of a maid of honor, best man, groom and my dad. Who should get corsages and boutinierres?

I'm wondering about my mom and m 3 other siblings. It's such a small wedding, should I just get them corsages too so everyone has them or only the traditional people?

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

Dear Katiegoo,

This really is a personal choice. You can give anyone flowers to wear. But, the parents may feel less important.

Please note that you would be responsible for the lodging of your attendants.

Best wishes,

I really don't know as far as etiquette is concerned. I think I would get everybody a little something...Absolutely your Mom, Dad and the wedding party. Since there are only 5 more guests why not? I would do it.

If you're carrying a bouquet, you might consider getting your sister a small nosegay (not as big as a bouquet, but it's held in the hand like a tiny clutch of flowers), then simple boutonnieres for the men and maybe a fancier corsage for you mom and simpler ones for the others? Just a thought.
