Formal reply cards necessary in destination wedding?

We are sending out 100 invitations (per my mom) for our Hawaii wedding. After sending out save the date cards and directing people to our wedding web site, we know 80% are definitely not coming. Do I really need to have a mail in response card? Can I list a phone number for RSVP?

Or could I say, "If attending, call ......."

Dear Mauiwedding,

Best wishes,
