I need help with save the date/invitation wording. I am going to be getting married on a cruise ship and want to send out save the date's about a year in advance, but need people to reply cause planning has to be done way in advance. We also want to let people know they are invited to join us on the cruise but if they can't come they can still come to the ship for the ceremony and reception. Help is definately appreciated.
Thanks You

Re: [bradell1437] How to word cruise invitation

Dear Bradell,
This would be conveyed in your own words, as there is no template for it. Just send the standard save the dates with all of the information your guests will need to book their cruise, an agent contact is best. You can also include a detailed note which explains that they may also visit the ship for the wedding ceremony if they wish.
If you are inviting guests, they will expect to be treated in some way, especially since this will be expensive for them. So it is best to have some sort of reception or something special for all of your guests.
