Inviting people you know can't make it.

My fiance and I are getting married in St. Augustine, FL next June and just about all our family and friends live up in the mid-Atlantic. We know there is a large handful people who will not attend due to various reasons. Do we still send a Save the Date card and invite to everyone or is there something else we can do?

You should send save the dates and then wedding invitations to anyone you'd like to invite. Allow the guest the opportunity to decline the invitation.
