Inviting to other wedding events: welcome luau and offsite reception
So we are in Hawaii and we are hosting a welcome luau dinner and an offsite sunset cruise to serve as the reception. Do we include this info in the wedding invitation? I'd ideally like to have a separate luau invitation, but do not want to confuse the large guest list, when just a small few are attending the destination ceremony. Can I send info about the other events after I know who is coming?
I want to give those coming enough info to plan their travels accordingly to attend the events we are hosting for them.
