Paying Travel Expenses for Destination Wedding Officiant

I'm starting to plan a destination wedding and we very much want my fiancee's Minister to officiate. What are the rules in regards to paying expenses, etiquette for making the request for her to travel for the ceremony, etc? I'm assuming we cover all expenses, in addition to paying a fee for services, but do we also need to provide a gift for her time spent and away from her own church......etc?

Thank you.

Dear Pamjlc,

You are only expected to pay for her lodging, travel expenses and fee. The gift is a nice gesture, but not obligatory.

Best wishes,
