Paying for Destination Wedding Accomodations for bridal party
We are just starting to plan our wedding which will be at the Ritz Carlton Cancun in Jan. '09. We will provide hotel accomodations for our bridal and groom party but only 2 nights. We have some party members say they'd like to make a week vacation out of this. How do we word that we will only pay for 2 nights? We will have a travel agent who will be coordinating their accomodations.

Dear Dallasdwbride,
You are only responsible for paying for at least two days of your attendant's lodging. So, your travel agent could inform them of this when they contact her/him. You could also write this on an insert with your invitations.
