I have read the etiquette about paying for your attendants lodging. I am staying at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. Am I supposed to pay for the whole trip? Am I supposed to pay for all days they are staying?

It is appropriate to pay for at least two days. It may be best to either not include attendants or limit the number of them.
