Response card for destination wedding including hotel/arrival date?

I'm going to be having my destination wedding in California, and I am going to be making up baskets to drop off to my guests when they arrive at their hotels.

Would it be okay to make up the response card like this?

Name(s) ___________________________

___ Yes, gladly attend

___ Sorry, unable to attend

Arrival Date _________________________

Name of Hotel _______________________

Or, should I include a separate response card made specifically for them to fill out their hotel/arrival information?

Thank you so much for your help!

*Tami*

Dear Tami,

We don't normally do this. But this would be easier for your guests and anything we can do to make it easier for them, is best. However, if yours was a very formal wedding, we would follow the old traditional rules. Destination weddings don't tend to be very formal. You should be fine.

Best wishes,
