Sister wants to renew her vows on my wedding weekend

I live in Florida and most of our guests will be traveling from NY and Pa. I will be getting married in October and my sister asked, since all of the family will be there, if she could renew her 10 year marriage vows with her husband during the wedding weekend. I am not sure how I should respond, but I do feel a little hurt.

Explain your feelings to your sister. Hopefully she will understand that you and your groom would like to be the focus of the wedding weekend.

I completely agree. Plus, a vow renewal isn't a ceremony in which the entire family need be in attendance. It should be a private affair.
