I was thinking that the day of the wedding, we could have a girl's spa day and the guys could go play golf or something. Is it customary for us to pay for everyone? It isn't really in our budget. Is there proper wording to make it known that if we do this, they pay their way? The spa would be through the hotel, so I don't know their prices off hand. Is it cheap for us not to pay?
Thank you!

If you are offering this, you should pay. If you can't afford to pay for it, don't offer it. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com

I couldn't agree more. There is a simple rule by which we all follow. It is: you invite, you pay. A guest should never have to open his wallet. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
