What is considered a destination wedding?

Our attendants live anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour away. Is this a considered a destination wedding? Are we responsible for paying for their rooms? There is also a rehearsal the night before followed by dinner. Are we responsible for getting them a room Friday night? Thanks

Dear Thegroom,

No, this is not a destination wedding or an out of town wedding for the attendants. In fact, here in California, that is typical Smile. But, it would be nice to find out if a family member has a room for any of the attendants who wish to stay over-night.

Best wishes,
