Who is invited to rehearsal dinner for destination wedding
If there are 180 people being invited to a destination wedding, should they all be included in the rehearsal dinner What are the rules of etiquette for this?

Dear MOG,
The rules are the same for all weddings. Only those who are rehearsing and their significant others need be invited. We do make exceptions when the wedding is small and it seems that nearly everyone is in the wedding.
This is an optional event though. It really isn't mandatory.
