     Who pays for honeymoon?

My step daughter is getting married at the beach this fall. They are renting a 10 bedroom house for the wedding, reception and the honeymoon. The bridal party will stay there the rehearsal and wedding night and then the bride and groom will stay the rest of the week.

Who pays for the house?

Also the bride and groom are planning on staying somewhere else the wedding night, who pays for that?

The bride and groom are responsible for the lodging for their bridal party for up to three nights. They are also responsible for paying for their own accommodations for the wedding and the honeymoon. So, in short, the couple should pay for the house.

I agree. No one else is financially responsible for their wedding, reception, and honeymoon besides them.

Thanks. I was just not sure of etiquette regarding this.

Thanks again.
