Wording Save The Date for Cruise/Port Wedding

Hello. I am getting married in April 2009 in Grand Cayman. My fiancee and family with some friends are taking a cruise which stops at Grand Cayman from 8:00am-7:00pm so the ceremony will be on the island (off the ship)during the day with a lunch reception. We want to invite people but do not plan for many to attend. Since we will include recommended lodging in Grand Cayman on the Save the Date, how do we word that we will only be on the island briefly (so attendees realize there will not be a rehearsal dinner nor any events after the reception? Thanks!!

Dear Brd,

There are no templates for this, so it is best to include a note detailing all of this with your save the dates. Your guests should know exactly what they are saving the date for.

Best wishes,
