I just saw the posting from LV bride and I have the same question. We are having a weekend Destination Wedding in California and are paying for most meals and activities and the reception. We wanted to have an option for a higher priced activity that is about $100 a person and out of our budget. 1) How do we incorporate this option in the invitation?
Ex:
Hot AirBallooning $100 Per person______yes________no
How many?__________
Since we have to reserve this activity ahead of time, how do we deal with guests backing out during the wedding weekend since we would be responsible for the balance for no shows.

An invitation implies that you are inviting (paying) so you would not print anything you're not paying for on the wedding invitations. However, if you'd like to print up an list of suggested activities you could sent that along as an insert or separately. I agree, if you have a website, let them make their own reservation and you will not be charged if they back out. Nancy Tucker President of Weddings Beautiful US http://www.weddingsbeautiful.com
