I am new to this nice forum and I have a few questions. Let's just start with ideas on ecoturism honeymoon packages. Does anybody has any info on this? I heard that Costa Rica is a great place for this.
Are any other that you might know. Did you have a honeymoon this style?
Thanks a bunch.

You are correct Costa Rica has great eco honeymoons. There are options to visit natural springs and rain forests. Some of the eco friendly resorts are the Grand Papaya by Occidental and the Flamingo Resort it just depends on your budget.
Another wonderful destination for eco honeymoons are the Galapagos Islands. The South American government has a limit on how many people can be on the island at any one time. Nature is all around you unrestricted. The wild life may walk right up to the front door of your villa or hotel room.
Both of these destinations require a valid passport.

A great source of information can be found at Costa Rica's Tourism Bureau http://www.costaricabureau.com/index.htm. Their site is simple to navigate and packed with information, including guide books and videos of the area.
Roughly 18% of Costa Rica's territory is constituted as National Park or Reserve, including two parks declared World Heritage Site by UNESCO. This means most National Parks and Reserves are easily accessible from anywhere in the country. Interestingly, Costa Rica is fairly peaceful, and has no army, but instead has one of the highest literacy rates in the world, and has attracted many international companies to set up corporate offices there. It is definitely a country that promotes Tourism and realizes the many benefits of protecting its natural resources.
Some digital photography tips:
If you're concered about taking your only good camera, considering renting a high resolution digital camera for a very reasonable amount and use that during your vacation. There are several outfits on the net that provide this service, plus provide the photo prints at a great price.
Keep in mind that if you are using a digital camera, if you want high quality prints from the images the pictures need to be taken at the highest resolution and pixel size. Many people shoot digital photography at 72 dpi to save space on their memory stick and save it as a compressed jpg, but when it comes time to have the photos printed the image looks terrible or below quality.
When you look at a newspaper color photo, notice how the dots of color have space between them? The higher the dpi (dots per inch) the better the picture printed. So, when the digital photos are taken, please keep this in mind. People often don't realize this because 72 dpi looks great on the computer screen and TV, but definitely does not translate well to the printed paper.
When jpgs are compressed image quality is lost. To prevent this from happening invest in several large file size memory sticks to hold your images. Some people travel with their laptop computers so they can access the internet from their hotels. If so, you can download your images to your laptop to ensure you have plenty of memory stick space.
