I wanted to save money and go on a couples cruise..but then I heard all these bad things about cruises and I think I want to go to a sandles resort..but that is WAY more pricey! So, do I spend a lot more money and go to the resort..I bet it would be more relaxing too!!

Cruises offer you a good option for great value. You can see several different islands and not have to worry about he standard of your accommodations. The cruise offers so much to do that is already included in your price. Although one thing that is not included in your price or beverages and bar drinks that are not part of your meal.
Sandals offers a great inclusive package not very different that what you can experience on the cruise except that you don't get to see other islands. Now beverages and bar drinks are unlimited.
If you are looking at Sandals and are going to the island of Jamaica and price is an issue, you can choose Sandals Inn. It is the least expensive of the Sandals but it is also not as grand as the others. BUT with Sandals you can stay at one and play and dine and them all. Jamaica offers you about 9 choices of resorts to sample; although you have to pay fro transportation if you want visit the one in Negril or Ocho Rios.
If you are looking for the type of vacation that Sandals offers but not at the price you my want to look at Couples Sans Succi - they are currently offering a great promotion. This property used to belong to SuperClubs but it was purchased by Couples about 9 months ago. It is fabulous.
There are so many options and islands to consider that is probably best to pick your dates and work with a travel agent . Tell them your budget and what you want to do on the vacation if you are nature people or golfers or sun worshippers or want to do spa treatments.
