     ideas for honeymoon gifts

My husband and I decided to just go to the Justice of the Peace and get married about a month ago and are now getting ready to go on our honeymoon. I have been told by some people that I am supposed to buy him a honeymoon gift. I am curious if this is true and if so, is there etiquette as to what the gift is supposed to be? I am not exactly the most up to date on what you should do and what you should not do. Can any of you wedding experts give me some great honeymoon ideas? Thanks in advance!

I've never heard of this tradition. Gifts should be given from the heart, so, if you'd like to give your new husband a gift, select something personal that fits into your budget. Don't worry about whether he's getting something for you that you need to reciprocate. Let gifts be what they were meant to be - a small way of showing you care.
