     Dinner reception-no dancing

hi

i am in the process of planning my wedding and we have decided that we do not want to have dancing and a dj. we have chosen a casino for everything with a mexican style theme for dinner. my plan is to have the ceremony, do pictures, eat dinner and drink margaritas, do a quick cake thing and then all of the guests can go gamble or do whatever they chose to do. does this sound appropriate?

thanks

Dear No Dancing,

This is fine if this is your choice. Dancing is not mandatory.

But, it would be considered improper to expect guests to pay for anything. So, the gambling should be free--tokens.

Best wishes,
