How much should you pay the preacher?

It depends. Is the preacher your your regular Pastor or is he/she someone you are hiring for the wedding? Some churchs have suggested donations and if you are hiring the preacher they will normally suggest the fee. I normally charge $400 for a wedding. A standard fee range is 300 to 450. The fee should include planning, drafting a ceremony, the rehearsal and wedding.
