What are some good ideas for planning a small budget, small wedding?
My fiance and I live in Delaware County, PA. We have our date set for Nov. 2, 2009. The date is very special to us and we really do not want to change it. That leaves us with a tight budget. Which really is not the problem seeing that we only have about 10 people coming. We currently are living in an apartment so having a ceremony at our house is not an option. Any ideas will help.
P.S. We have a 6yr old and a 10 month old and want to include them in our ceremony.
