I am Catholic, and my fiance' is Lutheran. We want to have a 50/50 wedding. She has agreed to raise our kids catholic, baptism, communion, confirmation, etc... but we want them to also experience the Lutheran religion. How can we have a wedding where it will be recognized in the catholic church and the Lutheran church??

I do not have an authoritative answer to your question as I am not famliar with all the requirements of the Lutheran church. However, I can tell you that the Lutheran church does not consider marriage a Sacrament as the Catholic church does. Therefore, I expect that they would be more accepting of a marriage performed in another Christian community. I would suggest that you sit down with a Lutheran Pastor and discuss this issue with him. The Roman Catholic Church requires pre cana classes, there be no impediments to the marriage (previously married without an annulment) that the marriage be held in a Roman Catholic Church and be officiated by ordained Roman Catholic clergy. With that being said the Roman Cathlolic church does grant dispensations for absence of form if the ceremony is held outside the Catholic church. You can speak with your Catholic Priest about this.
