Date to put on napkins for a vow renewal ceremony?

Hi. I am a new user. I have searched and haven't seen this question but I apologize in advance if it has been answered.

My husband and I will be having our 10th wedding anniversary August 16, 07. We are having a small ceremony and reception to renew our vows on August 4, 07. I would like to get napkins with our names and date for the reception. I'm not sure if there would be proper etiquette or not but would I put our actual anniversary date (August 16, 1997) or our renewal date on the napkin?

Thank You!

Use the actual renewal date of August 4, 2007, a sample of wording might be:

Jane and John Smith

Love Reaffirmed, Vows Renewed

August 4, 2007
