Listing children on vow renewal program

Two of my friends will be renewing their vows and they will be including their children in the ceremony. We realize that they are not to be called flower girls/matron of honor or best man how can they be listed on the program?Crazy

Dear PDM,

There isn't a need for a program since this isn't a wedding. This isn't a complicated religious ceremony where certain elements need to be explained either. So, I don't know why they would want to include these. In any case, I wouldn't know how to list them as they don't have a title. They are just their children standing with them as they restate their vows.

Best wishes,
