Is it ok to have canapes and drinks in an outdoor location after our ceremony? This would be for about 20-30 people (catered) and the ceremony is in the late afternoon. Thank you for any advice!

If the party is set to a time when your guests would not be expecting a meal then you're fine with appetizers and drinks. If this is very late in the afternoon and you're running into the dinner hour you should consider serving something more substantial.
