     Need minister to renew vows?

We are renewing our vows for our 10th wedding anniversary. Do we need a minister or someone with a marriage licence to do this or can we get a family member? We live in the UK.

Here in the states this is not a legal or religious event and no minister or paperwork is needed. Anyone can perform this service. I'm guessing it's the same for you across the pond.
