Renewing Vows Kinda- What to wear?

We were married in a baptist church. Because I am catholic our marriage isn't accepted in the catholic church. So we have to be re-married in the catholic chruch. So are we supposed to act like this is an actual wedding or is it more of a casual event? What are we supposed to wear? Thanks for any advice on the issue.

Check with your priest on this. But, I'd say (from an etiquette perspective) that this should be treated as a blessing of your marriage (since you're already married). Most guests would be put off to be invites to two "weddings" which are gift giving events.
