     Renewing Vows

Like many of the posts I've read this is the first time for me. My husband and I have been separated for about 6 months. We are on the road to working it all out. This morning I asked him if he would marry me again. He cried and yes yes!! We both want this very casual. We brought 2 families together 25 yeas ago. there are 15 grandchildren. We thought for the grand children after the renewing of the vows we would take them to an all you can eat pizza place. Again like I said "we" need to include them and keep it very casual. Call us crazy, but would that be acceptable? Thanks for your help!

Vow renewals are typically less formal than a wedding so what you're proposing sounds appropriate...and very sweet.

Congratulations.

Thank you! Our first wedding was not formal. This is the second marriage for both of us. We did marry in a church but with only the minister and a witness. This time we will have our grandchildren all 15 of them to be our witnesses. I'm loving this already more and more. You have helped me tremendously.

Including your grandchildren is very appropriate. And, I agree that it is best to read more about the etiquette involved. Sounds great so far.

You don't need witnesses though. I'm sure you can find a nice way to include them. You may want to read through other posts also.
