Renewing Wedding Vows

My husband and I have been married for 4 1/2 years and have been together for 11 1/2 year. We have gone through some extremely trying times with infidelity, health and family issues. My husband and I would like to renew our wedding vows. We want just a very small ceremony. We would like our immediate family there and our son. We don't know how to perform the ceremony or who should do it. What do you recommend?
