Hi. What happens exactly before and during vow renewal ceremony? What is the step-by-step procedure? How does it go? Please help... Thanks.

The steps follow those of a first time marriage. Here is a sample, though the order sometimes changes:

-Processional

-Opening Words

-A prayer or blessing if you wish

-A reading if you wish

-Declaration of Intent

-Vows

-Blessing and Exchange of Rings

-Candlelighting would go here, if you wish

-Parting Blessing

-Pronouncement

-Kiss

-Recessional
