Wedding vow renewal looks like a wedding

Is it ok if the wedding vow renewal lceremony looks like a wedding as long as we make sure to call it a renewal? I was married in a court room with only a couple of family members. Someone I know suggested a renewal so that they and others can be present and so I can dress up and "feel " the ceremony. Is this ok.Blush
