My husband and I have been married 30 years. We have earned a trip to Hawaii through his business. We were considering extending our time there and have a vow renewal. But, I am very lost on what is appropriate for someone who has been married as long as we have. What kind of dress is appropriate? Long, short? Strapless? We will be on a beach. I have read several of your listings on this forum and know it should not resemble a wedding gown. So what should it look like? I have been searching for DAYS for what I think will be fun, romantic and still be appropriate for a 48 year old who is still very in love with her husband. I just can't do the hawaiian print thing! What should he wear? Are a white linen shirt and slacks ok? Are leis ok? There will not be anyone else in attendance. Please Help! I want this to be special but nicely done.
