Wordings for Vow Renewal Ceremony Question

Please help me.. I know this is not right for vow renewal. Could you please re-phrase this or what is more appropriate for a vow renewal?

"[Groom/Bride] will you have [Bride/Groom] to be your wife. Will you pledge your loyalty to her, in all love and honor, in all faith and tenderness, to live with her and cherish her, to love and comfort her, to honor and keep her and forsaking all others, keep you only unto her so long as you both shall live?"

AND

I [Groom/Bride] take thee [Bride/Groom] to be my husband/wife, my partner and my one true love, to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better or for worse, for richer or for poorer, in sickness and in health, to trust, honor and cherish so long as we both shall live.

AND what is the right wording for the "exchange of rings" again? Smile What should the officiant say?

PLease help me... please... So confused.. Thanks.
