remarriage to divorced husband

My husband and I divorced in 1999 after a 3 year separation; started dating in 2000 and have been together since. He has asked me to remarry him and wants to have ceremony in 2 weeks. He wants to include my sons and their wives in the ceremony, wants to wear a tux.....I am overwhelmed. How should the ceremony go, decorations, etc. I can't even think of the right questions to ask. AHHHH - help.
