     Attendants

Is it necessary to have witnesses; maid/matron of honor, best man for a second/third wedding? This is the third for both of us and I have 3 grown daughters..I do not want to choose one over the other. I would prefer to have my grandchildren walk down before me and just have a witness sign the paperwork. Is this OK? What is proper? Thanks.

Dear 3rdtimesacharm,

Attendants aren't mandatory. A witness to sign is fine.

Best wishes,
