Can we get married in a Catholic Church?

My husband is in the military, and we decided to get married by a JP right after we got engaged. Now that he is getting out of the military, we want to have the big church wedding. Even though we are already married, are we going to be able to get married in a Catholic Church? Will we have a problem getting another marriage certificate?

HELP!

You are already married. Weddings are events that marry two people so having a wedding is not for you. However, if you want the marriage to be blessed by the Catholic church then a Blessing of the Marriage can be planned. Please discuss this ceremony with your priest and read more about the marriage blessing ceremony here.
