My GF and I are planning on getting married in Telluride CO next year, we both are in Alabama. We are having a wedding ceremony with just the two of us and then having our honeymoon there. This a second marriage for both of us. Not quite sure what to do about witnesses and should we send out invitations anyway? We will probably have a reception later when we get back. Should we just send invitations for the reception?
Thanks

If you will not be having any guests with you at the ceremony please speak to the minister or the justice of the peace to see if they can provide witnesses. You'll need two.
You can send reception invitations 6 to 8 weeks before you plan to host this event back home. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".
