My brother is getting remarried after only being married for three short months to his ex. My family(me,husband ,and two kids) were in the first wedding. We are all in the second wedding too. My brother is expecting us to give a monetary gift on top of the expenses we are spending to be in his wedding for the second time. (approx. $900.eachwedding). What should I do or say. Please help I am at a loss of words for him. I feel as if I should give them a gift so I do not get talked about but was is the etiquette for giving a gift for a second wedding?

It is expected that you would give a gift for a second wedding, however, what type of gift and how much you spend is up to you. Your brother should not be expecting monetary gifts. Top Wedding Questions Forum Moderator - "Write your sorrows in the sand, your blessings in stone".
