use of maiden name during second wedding ceremony

I was married 8 years ago and kept my ex-husbands name because we have a daughter together. I am getting remarried and wanted to know if during the ceremony the minister could use my maiden name? Do I have to change it back legally in order to do that? Any feed back would be appreciated.

The marriage license has to have the legal name but I know myself when I conduct a ceremony I only use the first names --- if your officiant follows the same procedure the surname is not an issue.
