My fiancee has been married 1 time previously, I have never been married. Is it okay to invite his whole family even though they all went to his first wedding? His Mom just wants to call everyone. If they say they want to go then she says we should send them an invitation. I would rather send everyone an invitation and have them tell us so no one feels like we forgot them.

Unless this is a really informal event, you should send invitations to anyone you wish to invite. It doesn't matter if this is the first or fifth wedding.
