Providing transportation to wedding/reception for handicapped guest

Please help, A relative invited to the wedding feels that she has transportation issues. She lives alone and does not drive. An invitation was sent to her without the option of "and guest". She does have the option of accessing handicapped transportation yet refuses to utilize this, there are no relatives able to transport her. She has expressed that it is up to either the Bride or Groom to provide transportation for her. Help! What would be a response to her?

I understand her frustration but her transportation is not the obligation of the bride and groom. If she does not want to utilize handicap transportation, then perhaps she can hire a limousine service to pick her up and drop her off back home.
