Who Rides in Limo from Church to Reception?

who rides in the Limo from the Church to the Reception? Most limos I have looked at hold 10-12 people. We want to make the trip with just one Limo.

With the bridal party and parents we have 13. Do parents usually get to ride in the Limo to the reception, or is it ok to ask them to drive?

Also, if they do not ride, is it ok to ask Uuhers (not wearing tuxes) to ride in the limo for a total of 12?

Thanks

Normally, it is only the wedding party (i.e.: bride, groom, honor attendants, bridesmaids and groomsmen) that ride in the specialty transportation. Parents would make alternative travel arrangements to get to the wedding reception site, as do the ushers.
