I'm not sure what the rules are on this, but I was thinking of arriving at the church in a limo with my bridesmaids, and then at the conclusion of the ceremony I would ride in the limo with my then Husband to the reception and my girls would go in a second limo, perhaps with the groomsmen too, and ride to the reception in that one? Is that too much to do, or should everyone be in the same limo on the ride from the ceremony to the reception? Also are the bridesmaids/groomsmen expected to chip in at all for the limo? Thanks so much :)

It depends on your wedding day itinerary. The more time you have (at least an 1 hour of more) between the ceremony and reception, the less problematic your idea will be. If you have less than 1 hour, it would best to stick with one limo.
As for the bridal party chipping in on the limo, they are not expected to chip in on the transportation.

As per etiquette, I completely agree. Your attendants shouldn't be expected to pay for transportation. Rebecca Black, Etiquette Now
