     Bridesmaid dress too small

About 4 months ago my bridal party and I selected their dresses. Everyone picked up their dresses except for one of the girls. My wedding is in 2 months and she had bought her dress 2 sizes smaller then she is,she would lose weight. She has not. I have tried to bring this up to her once, just saying the bridal place sent me an email saying the dresses came in. If the dress is too small it is getting really close to send it back and receive it in time for my wedding. Should I just not say anything because she is an adult or try to bring up to her again?

I would suggest that you speak to her to let her know that the dress shop requires that she make time for her fitting so that if the dress has to go back it can be done in time. If you say nothing she will not have a dress for your wedding.
