I purchased my bridesmaids dresses a month ago and confirmed their sizes the day I placed the order. We all just found out that one of my bridesmaids is pregnant. She will be nearly 5 months pregnant at the wedding. I paid for all the dresses, but should I now have to pay for another dress for her to accomodate her future size?

It's really the responsibility of the bridesmaids to buy their own dresses so your offer to make the purchase was very generous.
However, you should speak to your bridesmaid now and let her know that she needs to explore what additional expenses are going to occur now that her size may be changing. Suggest that she take the dress (or a photograph) to a seamstress immediately to see if the style can be altered (some women don't put on enough weight by the 5th month to make a change in their size and some can). If not, check your dress shop's contract to learn about their exchange policies. If there are any additional charges which you cannot incur you wil have to let your bridesmaid know that this additional expense will have to be her responsibility.
